Vision Core Apps – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile apps published by Vision Core Apps ("we", "us"), each an "App". They apply to every App listed in Section 16. Some Apps have additional terms in their own section; where they apply, those terms are part of these Terms. By downloading or using an App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Our Apps

Our Apps provide creative and utility features. Some features use third-party artificial intelligence (AI) to generate or edit content based on what you provide.

2. AI-generated results

  • AI results are computer-generated for entertainment and inspiration. They may be inaccurate, may change details of your content, and may differ each time.
  • Results are not professional, engineering, medical, financial or legal advice. Verify important information and consult a qualified professional before acting on a result.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us and our service providers a limited licence to process it solely to provide the feature you requested. We do not store it after processing (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
  • Do not use our Apps to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive or fraudulent, hateful, sexual, or that shows identifiable people without their consent.
  • Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use your results for personal and social-media purposes.

4. Free features, subscriptions and in-app purchases

  • Some Apps offer limited free use (for example a free trial). Free use may be limited per user and per network to prevent abuse.
  • Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store at the price shown in the App before purchase.
  • Virtual items such as tokens or credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded except as required by law or app store policy.
  • We may change features, allowances or prices. Price changes to existing subscriptions follow the app store's rules and notices.

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

  • Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancel on Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the App → Cancel.
    Cancel on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select the App → Cancel.
    You keep access until the end of the current period. Uninstalling an App does not cancel a subscription.
  • If a free trial or introductory offer is shown, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the offer unless cancelled.
  • Refunds are handled by the app store: Google Play refunds or Apple refunds.
  • To restore purchases on a new device, sign in with the same store account and use Restore Purchases in the App.

6. Advertising

Some Apps show ads provided by Google AdMob. Which ads are shown may depend on your plan.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: reverse engineer, modify or tamper with an App; use modified, unofficial or automated clients; attempt to bypass usage limits, purchase checks or device verification; overload or attack our servers; or resell access to our services. We may suspend or limit access for users who violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Apps, their design, code, graphics and trademarks belong to Vision Core Apps or its licensors. Third-party brands and logos that appear in your content belong to their owners; our Apps are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated.

9. Third-party services

Our Apps rely on third-party services such as the app stores, OpenAI, RevenueCat and Google AdMob. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms may apply.

10. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Core Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated results. Our total liability for any claim relating to an App is limited to the amount you paid for that App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any subscription in your app store. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue an App.

13. Apple-specific terms

For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Vision Core Apps, not Apple. Apple's Standard EULA also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms, for example when we add a new App. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

16. Apps covered and app-specific terms

Car Paint AI: Redesign Custom

  • The App visualizes changes to vehicle photos (paint, rims, background, ride height, accessories). Results do not guarantee how a real modification will look, fit or perform, and must not be used for deceptive purposes such as fake insurance, sales or damage claims. Check local laws before modifying a vehicle.
  • Free trial: new users may receive a limited number of free AI generations.
  • PRO subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) include a daily allowance of AI tokens that resets every day (UTC). Unused daily tokens do not carry over.
  • Extra token packs are one-time purchases. Extra tokens do not expire, but using them requires an active PRO subscription.
  • One token is used per successful AI generation. If a generation fails on our side, the token is returned automatically.
