Vision Core Apps – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vision Core Apps ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile apps we publish (each an "App"). It applies to every App listed in Section 13. Some Apps have additional details in their own section; where they apply, those details are part of this policy. 

1. Summary

  • Our Apps do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number unless you contact us.
  • Content you choose to process with an online feature (for example a photo for an AI edit) is sent securely to our server and our processing providers only to deliver that feature. We do not store your photos or generated results on our servers.
  • Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card or bank details.
  • Some Apps show ads from Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we process

a) Content you submit. When you use an online feature of an App, the content you select (such as a photo) and the options you chose are uploaded over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server, which forwards them to the processing provider named in the App's section and returns the result to your device. Content is processed in memory and deleted when the request finishes. Features that run entirely on your device do not upload anything.

b) Purchase information. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous app user ID generated on your device, your purchase history for that App (product, date, status) and basic device information. The app store processes the payment itself.

c) Usage and quota records. For Apps with usage limits (such as daily tokens), our server records your anonymous app user ID, the number and time of requests and whether they succeeded, and — for free trial requests only — your IP address, to enforce limits and prevent abuse. These records do not contain your photos or other content.

d) App and device integrity. To protect our services from abuse, Android Apps use the Google Play Integrity API. Google tells our server whether a request comes from a genuine copy of the App installed from Google Play on a genuine device. This does not share your identity with us.

e) Advertising data. In Apps that show ads, Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. See how Google uses data in ads.

f) Data stored on your device. Preferences, onboarding progress and balance displays are stored locally on your device. Results are saved to your gallery only when you choose to save them.

g) Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and use it only to respond.

3. Device permissions

Apps request only the permissions needed for their features, for example: Camera (to take a photo when you choose to), Photos / storage (to pick a photo or save a result), Internet (online features, purchases, ads) and Advertising ID (ads). Each App's section lists what it uses.

4. How we use information

  • To provide the features you request.
  • To provide and restore purchases and subscriptions.
  • To enforce fair-use limits and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To show ads in Apps that contain ads.
  • To answer support requests.

We do not use your photos or content to train AI models.

Each App uses only the providers listed in its section. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models by default, and may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days solely to monitor for abuse, as described in OpenAI's policies.

6. Data retention

  • Photos and other submitted content: not stored on our servers; deleted when the request completes.
  • Usage and quota records: kept while needed to operate limits and prevent abuse, then deleted; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
  • Purchase records: kept by RevenueCat and the app store as required for accounting and legal purposes.
  • Support emails: kept while needed to resolve your request.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, and provider keys are stored only on our server, never inside the Apps. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
  • Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its processing. Email cournicovaafiffah@gmail.com with the App name and, if you made a purchase, your order number so we can find your records.

9. Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. We rely on their safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new App. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Car Paint AI: Redesign Custom

  • Package: com.visioncoreapps.car.paint.ai (Android)
  • Content uploaded: the car photo you choose for AI edits (rims, background, stance, accessories), processed by OpenAI through our server. The Body Paint color feature runs on your device and does not upload your photo.
  • Providers used: OpenAI, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, Google Play Integrity, Google AdMob, Hostinger.
  • Permissions: Camera, Photos / storage, Internet, Advertising ID.
  • Usage records: daily AI token usage per anonymous app user ID; IP address for free trial generations.
